Sending large volume international business letters
If your business sends large volumes of letters overseas, you could qualify for International Contract. This service offers a range of features and benefits including reduced sending costs, easier sending and a better delivery experience for your customers.
International business letter sending services
You can post your letters or documents via our International Courier or International Express service using your own packaging or our International Express prepaid envelopes. You can also use a prepaid international satchel. International Courier and International Express letters must be lodged with a CN23 customs form.
Note, letters sent overseas can only contain printed material with no commercial value.

International Courier can only be posted to select countries only from select Post Offices only (PDF 832kb).6
For International Express, you can pay for and print a label online with a free MyPost Business account (including a completed customs declaration form), and post in a yellow street posting box; or you can pay for postage and lodge over the counter at any Post Office.
International Economy Air letters can be posted over the counter at any Post Office, or any street posting box with the correct stamps applied.

Use our online calculator to estimate the postage price and delivery time to send your letter overseas. Choose ‘Overseas’ and enter the ‘from and to’ postcode or country, then choose ‘Letters’. If you need more assistance, visit your local Post office and talk to our friendly team.

If your letter is larger than our maximum size and weight, or you’re shipping a parcel, you can use an international prepaid satchel or your own packaging.
International greeting cards and postcards
Send a greeting card, Christmas card or your own postcard, to your customers overseas for just $3. See our international letter size guide to check your item is eligible.
Letters sent overseas can only contain printed material with no commercial value. Check our guide to confirm if your item is a small letter, large letter, or greeting card/postcard. If your letter is larger than our maximum size and weight, it will be considered a parcel and require a customs form.

Postage for your customers is free, available for small letters up to 50g.
International reply coupons
Can be exchanged by your customer for a stamp to prepay air mail postage or a small letter up to 50g.
